Rewolf - the post jam scramble

Here's a small update for Rewolf with mainly bug fixes but also bit of extra things. This was made for the Taltech Gamecamp gamejam, and being a jam gam, it was a bit rough around the edges. Hopefully it's a bit better not. Anyways the changes:
3 new flowers:
- A blue flower that shoots in a spiral
- A sunflower that constantly shoots from above
- A cactus that shoots bouncy bullets
And now the general and bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the player instantly died when being too close to the rose.(It was funny but it had to be fixed)
- Fixed a bug where the player could replant a grown flower, and then never get to pick it up again.(This was not funny and had to be fixed)
- You can't sell seeds anymore(the buyer has standards now)
- There are now sound effects for using the watering can and fertilizer.
- Grown flower values visually update now rather always being 10.
- Flowers now flash white rather than black before shooting.
- Player now flashes red when getting hit rather then blinking in and out of existence.
- Dandelions bullets are a bit slower.
- Rose shoot less bullets.
- The lives platforms price scales a bit slower now.
- Flower shop has an animation now for when seeds get restocked.
Also a quick shout out to bombster for the assets and sound effects.
